Secretary of the
Corporation The
Secretary of the Corporation is responsible for:
-
Recording the minutes of all
meetings of the Board of Directors; keeping both electronic and print
copies of those minutes.

Serving or causing to be
served all notices of the Corporation.
-
Ensures all directors,
officers, and volunteers remain in compliance with approved Bylaws,
Articles of Incorporation, Resolutions, and official Protocols.
-
Performing all duties
incident to the Office of Secretary of the Corporation and any other
duties assigned by the Board, including but not limited to:
-
Create agenda and send out
e-mails about meetings and reminders.
-
Ensures that all directors
have the materials they need and maintain contact with directors as
needed.

Keep all legal documents for
organization, agreements, insurance, etc.
-
Monitor attendance records of
the Board and communicates with directors to ensure that requirements
are followed.
Administrative
Coordinator
Under the general supervision
of the President, performs, coordinates and oversees technical and
office administrative support work within an area or group of areas.
The Administrative
Coordinator is responsible for:
-
Oversees and ensures that
all administrative functions of the organizational are effectively
carried out.

Attends to a variety of
administrative details such as keeping informed of programs,
initiatives, activities, transmitting information, developing,
implementing and interpreting policies and procedures and monitoring
day to day operations.

Prepares correspondence
and reports; proofreads materials for accuracy, completeness,
compliance with organization policies.
